words cannot describe

I just found out that my other best friend is also coming home this weekend. Words cannot describe how happy I am to see two of my best friends. I only have 2 days to see one and 3 days until I get to see the other one. I am soooooo EXCITED!!!

4 Days!!

Four days until I get to see my friend, Kasey!! I am so excited. I also get to meet her daughter, Adalie. I just can't wait.

Time for an Update!

I started the spring semester at Yavapai College on January 22. I am taking six classes this semester. It is a lot but I'm doing good so far. I am enjoying all of my accounting classes. I love it. I think I have decided to finish my associates degree in accounting and my bachelors in elementary education. I am very excited about it.

I was able to go on a ward temple trip on January 31. It was so awesome. I hadn't been to the temple in over two years. Afterwards, I went to dinner with my dad, brother and his family. I love every minute I get to spend with them. I am so thankful for the opportunity I have to get to know them better and have them be a part of my life. While we were at dinner my neice drank her whole thing of ranch and none of us adults, there were four of us, saw it.

On January 24, two of my very good friends were sealed together for time & all eternity in the Mesa, Arizona Temple. They are so good together and very happy. I am so excited for them. Here are a few pictures of their wedding:

Well, to go along with all of this wedding stuff. I just found out last week that my ex-boyfriend of six months tomorrow, got engaged last Saturday. That was kinda hard but I am just so thankful that I got the answer I got and now I see why I was not supposed to be with him. I am just patiently waiting for my prince charming to show up. He just took a wrong turn, got lost, and is too stubborn to stop and ask for directions. So I will just patiently wait for him until he finally decides to ask for directions. Ha ha.

New Years 2009!

To celebrate New Years this year I went over to my friend, Jenny's, house for a small party. We had fun, it was small. First we played catch phrase which was so funny because Glisten was just the funniest when it came her turn. We were all laughing so hard. Then we played bowling on the Wii. I got the highest score, 191. I know...I am good. At midnight we went outside and watched the fireworks. It was a fun party.

Then today I went with my family and played in the snow. We had a lot of fun except that the snow was so deep that every time we sat on the sled it sank like two feet. We took the dogs. Max was having a blast just running around everywhere, even when he sank in the snow. He was really funny to watch. Sami, on the other hand, did not like it so much. She was absolutely freezing. I took off my jacket and wrapped her in it so that she would stop freezing. Overall, I had a very good New Years. 2009 will be a very good year for me. New year, new start.

Bowling

Last Sunday I went down to Phoenix to spend the day with my Dad and Brother. We went bowling. I had so much fun. My nephews have finally started to warm up to me. Jayden was so freakin cute. He kept taking the towel away from my dad and running away yelling "MINE!". Then he would put it on his head and dance around. It was the cutest thing ever. All three of them were just dancing around. Trent really liked the balls and kept running over to the wall trying to get a ball. I am just so lucky that I have the cutest neice and nephews EVER!
